I had started the return procedure for a non-functioning hard disk, but I was told to block it because a new one would be sent to me. I blocked it but after that I never heard from them again. At that point I opened a dispute on paypal and I was told again that I had to return the old item to get a refund, but without them sending me the return address again. Consequently I went to the DHL and UPS points with the old address that they gave me at the first return request but it is not possible to ship with either courier!! Fake, dishonest and sellers of garbage. Avoid like the plague!!
