Purchases sitting at Chinese airport for a month

So my suitcase and dog carrier for my holiday on the 20th June is stuck at an airport in China since 9 & 10th May. To "customer service" that's in transit, sitting at an airport for over 3 weeks is in transit and you have to just wait because their delivery time is just an estimate. Silly me, I should have bought a suitcase and carrier 6 months before my holiday but I was assured it'd be here on time. They also tell you how to track your order, because you don't know that after telling them you know it's sitting at the airport for over 3 weeks. When you ask for your money back so you can buy a suitcase locally, you told to wait, they'll look into it in July, after I'm back from my holiday and don't need the suitcase anymore. All in all, I'm done with this site, you buy something 7th May and they can't assure you you'll get it by 20th June. They do nothing to help, just the usual rubbish to placate you, and you have no choice because they don't care, you are nothing but a nuisance to them.
