I returned the items on May 15 with all the correct return labels and proof from the post office. Despite contacting AliExpress customer service multiple times every single day for weeks, providing all the evidence they asked for, I still have not received a refund. The seller completely ignored me, and AliExpress refused to honor their buyer protection policy.This is a total scam and a complete waste of my time and money.
