Terrible Customer Service – Deeply Disappointed with AliExpress!

This is the third time I’m contacting you within six months regarding returned items for which I’ve provided all the necessary proof. I was told that the case is being handled via email — yet I haven’t received any response or update for over a month, despite repeated promises.It has been almost three months since the return, and I still haven’t received my refund. You now expect me to track a package that has already left my hands, instead of taking responsibility for the evidence and documentation you already received. This behavior is extremely unprofessional, lacks transparency, and shows blatant disregard for me as a customer.If I do not receive an immediate response from a senior department along with a full refund, I will escalate this to public channels — including consumer protection agencies, social media, relevant authorities, and my credit card company.I will not wait any longer.
