I ordered goods on 14th June with pickup at my local Post Office, delivery was meant to be 17th, No... 18th No.... 19th NO. Why didn't they deliver? Because they "waited" until the PO was closed yes 3 TIMES. The depot clearly don't give a #### about customer service/care. I've phoned/spoken to Amazon customer services each time the delivery failed, who EACH TIME have assured me that it wouldn't happen again and yet it has, still cant tell me when a driver will deliver within the PO business hours. Their delivery service is a farce. I asked to make a formal complaint and while I was assured they'd informed the depot that IS NOT HOW AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WORKS AMAZON.
