Zero stars. closed my account and basically calling me a liar over a package of cat litter which was out of date and had two holes in the bag and I signed for it . Well I didn’t sign for it because the delivery man was back in his van when I opened the door they said the box wasn’t damaged. I saw there was two holes in the BAG NOT BOX even sent pictures, they said they would refund but then said no refund because I am basically lying , they said I signed which I didn’t so the driver must have forged my signature which is Fraud but still being called a liar DO NOT TRUST . Will be shopping on eBay, AliExpress and Temu, cheaper and more reliable , Amazon don’t understand the meaning of customer is always right and treat people like low life liars and don’t care if there drivers sign for the customers , fraud
