I’ve just had an amazing experience with Amazon customer service. This is not the first time either. Today I spoke to Katana. She was amazing and so helpful. I could tell my issue would be sorted to my satisfaction as soon as she came online with her first comment. The process was quick and simple and resolved perfectly.
