I had an issue with a couple of "returns" to QVC that were not correctly logged and tracked by Royal Mail Collection Service. I sent an email to Amazon C/Services and within hour I got a very detailed and reactive response from Vijay, he dealt with my issue with empathy and professionalism something that you rarely find nowadays, VERY pleased with the way my issue was dealt with and bought to a resolution, it's a BIG thumbs up from me for Amazon's Customer Services
