Amazon are rapidly becoming a shit-show like some of the worst courier companies, items are dumped in random locals by lazy delivery drivers, who can't be bothered ringing a bell or walking up a flight of stairs, they then lie on the delivery note, putting 'handed to resident', Amazon (customer support) then ask you go house to house, ringing on bells, in the hope that you might try and find your purchase . . . and this isn't a one off, it happens all the time.
