I use this site weekly and over the years have complained barely a handful of times. I ordered a utensil rail which when it arrived eventually was a very different and far inferior product to the one advertised and the 10% refund offered by the seller was derisory. The Amazon reviews I submitted of this sellers actions, their product and misrepresentation has met with stony silence and the only recourse seems to be to download and print off labels to return the goods with all the hassle that entails. What really galls is their failure to post my review which would highlight my experience to other potential buyers who should be made aware that this retailer does not send the goods they advertise nor seem to care. This failure to post honest, but poor reviews, would appear to make a mockery of the customer review system. How can one trust what one sees and reads about goods one chooses on the strength of Amazon ratings? If one were to buy something like this on EBay they would refund the buyer and at the very least ask for sight of what the retailer had unreasonably substituted and take this up with them.
