I am a prime member of Amazon and do a lot of shopping almost every day.But recently I had a shocking experience,.I bought a washing machine from them ,it was delivered on time, but it is faulty.Arranged a collection for the following day, was promised it will be in the morning and the driver will give me a call 30 min before he gets there , but of course he came in the afternoon and did not call me in advance ,so I can get there . He rescheduled it for the following day and promised the driver will be here at 10:30z.Went there at 10:30,waited until 12:00,no one turned up ,came home and he called me at 14:00 to say he is outside, I asked him if he can wait for 7min,he said no problem , took me exactly 5min to get there, but of course he had left,.Called customer service again , asked to speak to the manager , and a very rude manager on the other end advised they can. It do anything and just hang up. Shocking experience and very rude manager
