Unbelievable - 30 minutes to correct a mistake Amazon made in refunding me; I was trying to pay them!The only possible way to contact them was via looking up a phone number up on internet; I had to go through an AI gateway to speak to someone. If they screw up refunding me when they shouldn't have again, I won't bother sorting it out.Absolutely dreadful customer service; and not the poor sod on the other end of the line, the hoops Amazon make you jump through to be able to actually speak to someone!
