Refused delivery to my building's CONCIERGE because they ambushed me in the morning with an OTP requirement just before I headed to work. **** right off with this. I won't use them for expensive purchases again.Should note the whole point of concierge is that I don't have to deal with this and amazon voids it with this nonsense. **************$$$^^^^ RIGHT OFFNot to mention, who on planet earth would think to check their emails before they go to work? Immense lack of common sense to come up with a system like this.Not to mention, if I didn't have concierge who would receive the delivery; the maid, housewife???? Have we gone in a time portal back to the 1800s?
