I have had a very poor service from Customer Service agents. I pay £95 annually for my Prime benefits. I have been trying for nearly two months to sort out adding my son to my household without much success. The agents do not have a clue on what to do to resolve my issue. I have even asked to make a complaint but I have ignored in the hope that I will give up and go away. I am sure that other customers are experiencing the same issue as me.
