Order 3 items aNd paid delivery for today. The items suddenly show they were handed to resident, but item not delivered. All customer services kept saying was they were delivered, but put me through to the delivery team, claims that a new delivery would be sent and made today, I will not hold my breath. Update, amazon has now said the will not be delivering my parcel as the driver has lost it and needs it needs to investigate, leaving me out of pocket, avoid at all costs
