Terrible service, my item didn't arrive and amazon wouldn’t provide me with a refund or replacement and this was an iPhone 16 worth £800 and I disputed this with my bank and once amazon noticed this chargeback they contacted me and threatened to take money out of my card to suffice the order, I told them it didn't arrive and they apologised and said they will provide me a refund within 3 to 5 business days back to my payment and after that time frame they did not refund me so I called the customer service and they said they will get back to me in 24hours and they didn't and I sent this to my bank as this company is so filthy and dishonest with their service, I called 4 more times over the course of a week saying the same thing to the amazon customer service and they did nothing other than say they will provide me a refund after they get back to me which they never got back to me and now Im waiting for my dispute to process, absolutely terrible company scummy one sided company that doesn't listen and manage disputes seriously, sort it out.Order: 205-9697680-8500355
