I ordered a phone on prime and it didn't arrive, phoned every day and customer service said to arrive tomorrow the following day the same thing the day after that the same thing and again the day after that and today they confirmed that the package has been lost and cannot get one to me until the 7th of December now. I pay for Amazon prime and this service is rubbish. If I go on the Amazon site it says that particular phone is available for next day delivery to my location yet the customer service is lady on the phone. Could not get it to me before the 7th of December. Amazon have let me down on numerous occasions this year including pre-orders of action figures for my son that's never arrived. And again after chasing the order they updated my order status to April 2025. This company is very dishonest and i Will be canceling Amazon prime when this month runs out. This phone was a surprise gift for my dad who is going in to hospital for an operation tomorrow because his phone is pretty much broken.
