Awful delivery. I always make sure am at home on the delivery day. Yesterday I followed the delivery on my app. The driver was on the next road to us, my phone was in my hand and was rang only once no chance to pick. I was waiting but somehow 3:00pm just changed the delivery status "delivery attempted " no one rang the bell or knocked the door. I rang the costumer service 2 times when they changed the status back and they promised for me they will bring my parcel today end of the day. But it's not happened. I don't understand why they need to play this game. If you are busy just tell you can not do it, don't push the responsibility to the costumer.I made 2 complaint through the costumer service, but I feel it's just wasted of energy. Costumer service was helpful, I think they say what the costumer wants to hear. Oh, yes of course is it prime, and of course it is not the first time.
