I was advised my order would be delivered between 3.30-6.30pm, at about 6.15pm thought I’d see if there was an update and shocked to find it said “Delivered, parcel handed to recipient”! I went out to check the doorstep as the Ring doorbell didn’t indicate someone had been at the door. The package which was just in a clear plastic bag thrown on the top of my drive and picked up by my husband when he came home! Not sure if I’m more cross that he ‘found’ it, the fact the delivery driver lied or the total disrespect in the way an item was treated that was paid for by someone else!At least Amazon has lost out on further purchases off their site as my husband is not now going to get the ones he wanted to order from them …. I’ve suggested he support local businesses as I’m going to do. As for Customer Services …. don’t start me on that one!
