Hopeless! About 50% of all my Amazon orders have either been left in a public place and stolen or not delivered at all. Yesterday I waited in all morning for my delivery, then got a new delivery slot in the afternoon so waited in all day, then got email to say it been delivered to a wheelie bin with a picture of a public bin cupboard. A broken fridge was stolen from that cupboard so I didn't hold out much hope and as thought, no parcel was there. Rang up for refund as don't plan to waste anymore time. Woman on phone even said the driver might realise he put it in the wrong place and go back in a few days to get it and redeluver it...no words for such an utterly ridiculous comment! Have 2 more deliveries coming on Tues, hoping they'll be delivered to my address and not a wheelie bin, and will then close my account. I cant support a global company like this anymore who doesn't care about their customers, I'll support my local shops from now from on and encourage everyone I can to stop using this poor excuse of a company!
