PATHETIC. Amazon customer service is non-existant! Bunch of clowns who can't actually do anything to help the customer. . . The standard response is "WE NEED TO ESCALATE THIS TO OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM" but then nothing happens. The executive team can't take phone calls, you can't actually speak to anyone at Amazon who can do anything. Its a merry-go-round with no body doing anything for the customer!BUNCH OF USELESS CLOWNS. Best advice, don't shop with Amazon Australia!
