Amazon.com.au is one of the wrose online platform. Prices for every items are 3 times expensive than local store prices and the return and refund policy is one of the wrose because I have done nearly 40% items refunded through customer service chat because of quality issue, lost items during delivery, broken items after couple of weeks and now they locked my account, and restricted from buying non degital items. This means amazon will not happy, if you return and refund multiple time. This is why I prefer my local shop to buy. No more online a lots of hassle.
