Amazon just lost an old customer because of a system error that they won't own up to, which made an order more expensive than it would have been and had made be reconsider even placing the order. And I've been a customer for more than a decade at this point.The problem is that the system made a duplicate order for an order I placed to a card that wasn't even available to be chosen, the card is only registered to the Norwegian Prime video site (that doesn't even have anything with the marketplace since we don't have a contry specific website here). I've been in contact with the customer's service on multiple occations to try to fix the issues that has been happening underway. Today I noticed that the returns I got is not the same usd amount that the system charged and the customer's service couldn't do anything and tried to imply that it must have been me that "made a mistake in making a duplicate order. I'm done with this, and it will take a lot to convince me to order from this site again. Very disappointed in Amazon!
