Amazon need to alter their policies. Using rogue couriers and the system does not recognise items not delivered but said they are. Tells you - they have been delivered and come back in a few days to see if they can help. Numerous complaints have been made about the couriers yet all their surveys do is collect data and not address. Your time and money is therefore at risk. Amazon - you need to pull your socks up and address your rogue couriers.
