Amazon customer service stinks to put it mildly. You can complain until you’re blue in the face and they don’t help. I live in the country, there are no UPS stores within 50 miles of my house. When I ask for a return they give me a QR code which is useless! I have asked for return labels but they will not give me them. I got frustrated and mailed my package myself to what google had listed as Amazon returns. Tracking with usps shows delivered.after everal lengthy phone calls which ended nowhere, still they can’t acknowledge the receipt of the package. Last email from them told me to wait until 5/5 before I emailed again. So f’ing helpful.
