I don't live in Spain but ordered form amazon.es since I never had any issues ordering from abroad amazons. Their CS is a sad joke, that is only interested if you want to return the product, if not they won't even start regular conversation. I request english speaking rep and was redirected 3 times... After writing a complain for deliery service that got delayed due to mistake on label (also they couldn't tell me if it was theirs mistake or carrier's) I got a generic response that are thankful for feedback but won't inform me about anything since I got my item... yeah, I lost time waiting for delayed parcel. Nobody even apologized. Won't ever order form amazon.es again, it's not worth it.
