We have bought a product that stated it was 100% cotton. It turned out to be 100% polyester. Right now it has almost been 2 months of disillusioned hope and frustration trying to communicate with Amazon to request the refund that A to Z guarantee promises us. It's been an expensive (65 for the matress, 24 for sending it back: the refund has been denied once without them even examining the returned package) and irritating experience.
