I am a prime member, an Amazon Fire owner and an indie author on Amazon and I have to say that all three situations are just perfect. I get great prices and two-day shipping to my door as a Prime member, and I'm paying monthly instead of one big chunk out of my budget for the Prime membership. Support for my Prime membership is as personal and warm as it could be. My Fire has become my best friend and support for it is simply superb. As an indie author, I know support is at hand instantly. In general, Amazon's support staff is educated, articulate and extremely polite.
