I have been with American Express sunce 1997, they do not value their customer base! I have impeccable credit & they canceled my card due to inactivity!! No notice!! I have called updated my address, even called & inquired about fees should I take my card on a recent trip to Europe and no one ever informed me my card had been cancelled in 2021!!I recently received 8 ‘system generated’ letters asking for my updated address!? I was told ‘the system’ cancelled my card! No committee of humans, no review! I am livid. I was told that I would have to reapply if I wanted their card! Why the hell would I do business with a cancel culture institution that doesn’t give a flying fig about their customer base!!Bad Company, Horrid customer service! People get this card out of your wallet! Because if you ever need a Real Person to help you, you won’t receive ANY HELP from American Express!!!
