Had issues, complained on the chat. Reply from a woman who had zero grasp of the elements of the complaint replying one one minor point and closed complaint. Went on chat again and emailed woman back….month ago now - zero reply. Poor attention to customer with issues in the first place….even worse at complaint handling professionally…just close it off. Appalling. Should be ashamed of yourselves…and you charge £250 per year for this! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
