SUSPENDED CARD FOR NO REASON

I used American Express and they asked that they want the personal details to check that I am paying. I gave them my bills twice and they wrote to me that they would reply as soon as two weeks passed. I tried to contact them online but they do not have good customer service and by the time I was able to contact them they answered that everything was fine and only They need to talk to me on the phone to see if everything is okay. I called them and they answered that my account is blocked but they can't tell me why and they will send a letter by mail. Because on the phone they say to communicate online, in fact online it is not possible to talk to themAnd in fact, I paid my bill every week and I was never left with debts, simply bad customer service and lack of consideration for people, and when you ask them what happened, why do you need to check the bill, they always answer with an excuse the main thing is, that they make a nice advertisement and don't consider people. AFTER SUCH AN EXPEIRANCE I DEFINIATLY WONT ADVICE ANYONE TO HAVE A AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
