I made a purchase on an offer expiry date and thought that I'll be getting the cash back as I followed the terms and the date. It says clearly on the first paragraph of the offer, then now I am told I am not eligible as the merchant did not post it until the next day. WHAT???? It's $300. I called AMX and told me too bad. It is a scam practice, try to trick cardmemeber to use their card. Terrible.
