I was auto approved for the platinum card, but after reading the T’s and C’s their Gold card was more appropriate for my needs. I asked for them to change the product over which is super easy to do, they have taken two weeks to come back to me and they have decided to decline the whole thing. Not many companies like Amex as a form of payment and they have lost a customer with excellent credit scoring. You really need to review your business and the way you treat customers for just wanting to change over products.Disgusting service
