Another company not even worth one…

Another company not even worth one star. I do wish that they would change the metrics and allow for zero stars. I was a customer for 34 years until this week. The service used to be great, but implementation of voice activated telephony systems that simply don’t work, offshoring of call centres, deterioration in services provided and simple dysfunction of operations combine to make it an truly awful company to deal with.
