Unreasonable SuspensionAfter several weeks of trying to get through to Amex via calling and getting the same recorded messaged, call back in 24hrs and numerous email as we experiencedJust a week after I activated my credit card, AMEX suspended it for a credit review. They shouldn't have approved it if they had any doubts!AMEX reviewed my account for a few weeks and then sent me a letter saying "We have reasonable grounds to believe that you are unable or unwilling to pay your debts". They haven't provided explanations as to what those grounds are. I haven't even got my first statement when they suspended my card. It's insulting and an incredibly awful experience. I had used the card and made a few transaction and paid then on the due date, though the annual card chargers were then added and now threatening debt agency and interest charges.They still haven't responded to any of my emails and keep sending letters that have absolutely no relevance.
