I have shopped with Anthropologie for years, however my recent order, only part of my order has been refunded. It is clear they have received my return as on my order page on app it says under both items, items returned. The tracking information shows it’s been delivered. I have all this information but because I don’t have paper receipt only an email tracking they won’t investigate the problem with my refund which they have clearly received. Originally the other itemWas for exchange but Anthropologie cancelled that and emailed me to say item would be processed for refund instead however they haven’t refunded. I have provided all this information to the customer service team but I’m not getting anywhere. So disappointed and out of pocket for jeans I don’t have because they were returned with other item. Shopped here for years. Won’t be using again
