UPDATE: 2 full weeks later and still no resolution, no refund, no replacements shipped. So disappointing.Sent the entirely wrong order to me, none of my items were in the box, instead 15 other items that were someone else's order! When trying to get it resolved, I've gotten the run around from 5 different customer service agents saying it will be resolved and the items would be reshipped within 72 hours, then 24 hours, then another 24 hours and so on (it has now been over a week)! I submitted a claim with photo evidence of the completely wrong items sent to me, still nothing from them after saying they would reship the correct items. So frustrating. If you can't send the right order, at least refund me as soon as possible instead of making me follow up with customer service every day after no resolution! Online customer service is the issue - in store associates are kind/helpful typically. Wish there was more consistency in support. (Order # AN18070528)
