Today I had the pleasure to deal with Melissa to get my subscription canceled after it was charged to my credit card for the next year.The reason I canceled was because the company is no longer in business but the recurring sub went thru because I must have done something when canceling through the account settings. Melissa was extremely professional and friendly and resolved the issue the same day and issued a full refund.If I ever need this service again I'm definitely using Termly again.Thank you again for the great service I received over the years.Stephan poulin
