Please give me a reason why my request was rejected. My purchase was clearly a mistake, I was asking for a 7 day trail; I requested a refund hours after I realized that I was charged; I never used the App and in fact deleted it from my Laptop etc.Please don't send me another generic response about not fitting the requirements for a refund. Please refund my money or explain why Thank you. Dan KAfter three responses saying not refundable they quit replying to my messages.
