NO REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL EVEN IF YOU ALREADY CANCELED
I canceled the subscription shortly after paying for one year and guess what - one year later they hit my bank account again for $29.99 and renewal refunds are not allowed. There's no customer service phone number to talk to a real person. Beware!!
