If I could give it zero I would. I have been a loyal customer to asos for years, but this week I have never been so disappointed in a service. I paid for next day delivery for last Wednesday, DPD ran off before I even got to the door, so Saturday I went to the post office to collect it wasn’t there. I called DPD they said they didn’t have it it should be there post office people said it wasn’t. DPD said I needed to speak to ASOS. ASOS have been what I can only describe at shocking! They emailed Saturday saying they needed 48 hours. Monday I messaged they said they needed 3 days. Bearing in mind I’m having communication via their virtual team and via email I have proof of all of it. Their english is broken it is so hard to understand and spelling mistakes and grammar in what they are saying. I chatted yesterday at 8pm and they said it wasn’t 3 days when it was and that I would need to message back in the morning for a resolution. I did and they have said I need to wait another 3 days. They have changed the goal post TWICE. It is not my fault they have lost the parcel, it’s a large amount of £240. I will never shop at ASOS again.
