Asos tried to steal £3.95 from me for an order they cancelled, claiming it was a return fee. I had to escalate through customer service and provide further bank details for them to rectify their error and I had to specifically ask for a voucher code to be replaced from the order they cancelled without apology or explanation. Trying to charge me £3.95 for their error is ridiculous. The quality of service was poor and I have found increasingly that I have had to chase up returns and refunds over the last few years. This latest failure was the nail in the coffin for me and I will shop at other retails that make their delivery & returns fees more transparent and equitable.
