Paid the 9.95 to go to unlimited next day premium, on a basic account o re ieved deliveries withing 2-3 days from Evri but now I'm premium they have switched me to DPD and I now recieve deliveries 3-4 days, they day they always attempt next day but when I checked thetra ker and the driver is minutes away the deli ery gets cancelled. They actually mark it down as attempted but no one ever attempts, they just cancel and head home. Asos customer service is probably as bad as DPD. They do not accept responsibility for delivery times even though they advertise it and they refuse to cancel, you have to make a formal complaint and be passed to a manager for call back, it's tales a few days but they do have to cancel when they do not meet the advertised standards.
