if my rate of returns is high because your clothes are inconsistent in sizing and awful in quality why am I to be the one slapped with an extra £3.95 charge on top when none of that is my fault? It's ridiculous of you to require me to have a minimum spend of £40 every time I shop. Imagine high street shops making their customers pay when they decide not to purchase any of the clothes they've tried on in the changing rooms... ridiculous!!! I used to be a regular customer but not anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere or shop from the brands they stock directly as I'm sure will others.
