Spent over a £1000 on a asus gaming PC, machine developed a fault inside 6 months. I sent the machine back and they've now had it for 7 weeks and still not inspected and can't give any time line for it to be repaired but will return it still broken if I want. Absolutely the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with.
