I ordered the ROG PHONE 9 PRO, decided I was content with the ROG PHONE 9 "standard" - ordered again within an hour or so, emailed to cancel the PRO and keep the "standard" - Took a notion after, googled reviews ( i know, should've read ASUS reviews first )Seen the reviews, decided to cancel both orders the same night and buy from box.co.uk (Who are the same company, found out after ordering as the paypal receipt showed the same Ltd Company)Here we are, a month later!! The standard phone ordered from Asus sits on my desk, delivered, unopened as they didnt cancel it and for the life of m3, 25 emails they've YET to send a return label for the "standard" phone. £1000 phone, the customer service of this company are exactly what the reviews say, many many days between replies of total incompetence.Ive now had to go to PayPal. Imagine i had bought a faulty device, I doubt that would ever be resolved. Avoid like the plague. I assure you, the customer service here is as poor as the reviews read. I simply cant understand how hard it is to send a return label and this wouldnt be needed if they'd just cancelled the order to begin with!!
