Couple of weeks before my warranty was to expire, the laptop started crashing when on battery. I’ve created a repair ticket and send the laptop to them, after a couple of days they send it back and said there is no problem.I called ASUS UK support and the guy on the line was very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised me to send it again, as the issue wasn’t fixed, still under warranty, but told me to share a link with them to a video of the problem, that’s exactly what I did. They didn’t watch the video and sent it back stating that it was tested and no problems found.I called the ASUS support again today, and he told me to send it through AGAIN! I have been buying and recommending ASUS products for 12 years. This is the last time I will buy anything from them.Companies that treat customers like trash should be punished by buyers.
