Are ASUS products good? Maybe. However, if you ever have an issue with an ASUS product you are s**t out of luck! Their customer service and support side of the business is the worse I've seen. I purchased a ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI ATX Motherboard. Part of the reason I got it was because ASUS was doing a cashback deal. Over 4 months now and I've still not received the cashback. In contrast, I went for an MSI PSU for my computer and they gave me the cash back within a week! Asus did write a few months ago there were some delays in getting the cashback but still nothing and they just completely ignore my emails now. There also seems to be many people saying if you claim a faulty product with ASUS through their warranty, good luck getting anything from that too. This was the first time I've gone with ASUS for my build and it will definitely be the last!
