I purchased my ASUS business laptop (Zenbook Flip OLED UX371) on 23rd September 2022. In May of 2023 it stopped working - it wouldn't switch on. Its now September and its has the same fault again. At the moment I am partially sighted and therefore cannot see my phone very well. I rang technical support and was advised that they would send me an email with a link in it. I followed the link but could not fill in the form because I couldn't see it. I rang back to be told that I had to fill in the form because it was about agreeing to their T&C's. However, they record all their calls and said I would verbally agree to them but this wasn't acceptable. So, not only do I have a very expensive laptop that has failed twice with the same fault in less than a year but totally unhelpful support. When I said I wanted to make a complaint guess what? Yes, I have to fill in a form.
