I bought an ASUS pen using the channel indicated by Asus support in Australia, which was a sales emailI received my packages 2 weeks after as a result of chasing them, but the worst was that the product sent was not in the original box, with no serial number or information about the product. It looks like the product is counterfeit and not an original Asus one.I also have a Zenbook flip oled laptop which had to be sent to the repair centre after 4 months of purchase.I regret a lot of changing from ACER to Asus, terrible quality and service, very disappointed.
